Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
All items are made-to-order. For every piece in our collection, the estimated processing time is
listed on the product page. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive
your order.
Processing time
Processing time differs from product to product. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 24 hours, while
another custom orders may take 4-6 working days. The estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Once
your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your PayPal email address notifying you of your
tracking details and projected delivery date.
Shipping time
Many factors can affect transportation time. We make every effort to ship your product out as soon as possible
within the time frame that is listed on each product page.

the carrier. Any order of $300 or over needs an adult signature.
* Express Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and
military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Standard Shipping method.
* Above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so giftingher.com cannot be liable or held
responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please
be assured that giftingher.com will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping Address – The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout
model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping
method or address can’t be changed.
If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the
shipping cost if you require a refund.
Order Status & Shipping Notification – Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping
notification email. The email will contain shipment details, the Order Number and a link to check the order status.
